In order to provide you with products and services, Tradechology may collect the following personally identifiable information:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Billing and payment information (collected by Stripe — see Section 3)
We also collect anonymous demographic and behavioral data (age, device type, browsing behavior on our site) through the analytics tools described in Section 4.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. The providers above receive your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
4. Tracking Technologies and Analytics
Tradechology uses the following tracking technologies on our website. These tools automatically collect data when you visit our site, including before you make a purchase.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time spent, referral source). Used to improve site performance and content.
Hyros: Advertising attribution platform that tracks which ads and traffic sources lead to conversions. May associate your email address with your click path if you have previously provided your email.
Microsoft Clarity: Records session behavior including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth to help us understand how users interact with our pages.
Funnelytics: Tracks visitor paths through our marketing funnels to help us measure and improve conversion rates.
Metricool: Aggregates website and social media analytics.

5. Cookies and Consent
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by our web server. They cannot execute programs or deliver viruses.
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary: Required for the website to function (session management, shopping cart, login state). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: Used by GA4, Clarity, Funnelytics, and Metricool to collect information about how visitors use our site. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
- Marketing / Advertising: Used by Hyros to track advertising performance and attribute conversions to specific campaigns.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics and marketing cookies may affect our ability to improve our services and may reduce ad relevance. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair site functionality.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Tradechology does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

- Service providers: As listed in Section 3, to enable us to operate and deliver our services.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Tradechology, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: If Tradechology is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website prior to your information being transferred.
7. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. See Section 8.
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We may share certain data (browsing behavior, advertising identifiers) with analytics and advertising vendors (Hyros, GA4 for advertising features, Funnelytics) in ways that may constitute "selling" or "sharing" under CPRA. You have the right to opt out.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: To exercise your opt-out right, email us at support@tradechology.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will process your request within 15 business days.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.
8. Right to Deletion
Upon receipt of a verifiable request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to delete your information from their records, except where retention is necessary to:
- Complete a transaction you requested, or fulfill the terms of a written warranty
- Detect security incidents or protect against fraud or illegal activity
- Debug and repair errors in existing functionality
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Enable solely internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations

9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. General retention periods:
- Purchase and transaction records: 7 years (tax and accounting obligations)
- Email marketing records: Until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after last engagement
- Analytics data: Per the data retention settings of each provider (GA4 default: 14 months; Clarity: 30 days for session recordings)
- Course/membership account data: Duration of active membership plus 2 years
10. Security of Your Personal Information
Tradechology uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers in unencrypted form.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using our site, you acknowledge these inherent limitations.
11. Children Under Thirteen
Tradechology does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Our services are intended for adult traders. If you are under thirteen, you must have parental permission to use this website.
12. Email Communications
We may contact you by email for announcements, promotional offers, product updates, and service notifications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing support@tradechology.com. Transactional emails (receipts, account notices) will continue regardless of marketing opt-out status.
13. External Data Storage
We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors (including Kajabi and GHL infrastructure) with whom we have contracted. These vendors maintain their own security programs.
14. Changes to This Statement
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Sending an email to the address on file with your account
- Posting a prominent notice on our website
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
