Measurably means what it says: your diagnosis is run again at the end and compared against the baseline taken at the start, on the same axes. It is not a matter of opinion on either side.
How to claim: email support@tradechology.com within 14 days of your cohort finishing. Because the guarantee is written against completion, it does not apply if the sessions were not attended.
Marcus keeps working with you until you get there. You and he agree a goal at the start. If you do the work and do not hit it, he continues coaching you at no additional cost until you do.

Straight answers
Do I have to pay to find out what is wrong?
No. The diagnosis is free and complete. It grades both scores, names your costliest pattern, prices it in your own dollars and shows your book without it. Nothing is held back for a paid tier. You are paying for the fix, never the diagnosis.
Do I have to do them in order?
OTIS Plus and the Cohort are both open to you now, and which one fits depends on whether your pattern is a single habit or something that keeps coming back. Coaching is different: it is application only and open to Cohort graduates, because it works on scaling a discipline you have already built.
Do you guarantee I will make money?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. In Marcus's words: “I don't guarantee profits. No honest person can. I guarantee transformation.” What is guaranteed is the work and the measurement. If you do the programme and nothing moves on your grades, the guarantee on that programme applies.
What markets does this work on?
The diagnosis reads futures execution history from the platforms listed on the home page. The psychology work is not market-specific, because the pattern that makes you size up after a loss does the same thing whatever you are trading.
Is the Cohort 1-on-1?
No. The Cohort runs as a group of up to thirty, and the individual precision comes from the Edge Finder Interviews, which are built on your own trading data. The 1-on-1 work sits in the Coaching programme, which includes three private sessions with Marcus.
What if I cannot make every live session?
Sessions are recorded and the protocols are yours to run on your own clock. The guarantee on the Cohort is written against attendance and completion, so if you know in advance you cannot attend, wait for a cohort you can.
